On Saturday July 20th & Saturday August 10th, Retromania returns for Summer Camp at Rollerama - a rad new pop-up roller disco rink on Kendall Common in Cambridge, right around the corner from the Red Line! If you missed our annual Retrospective Expo last winter, or just can’t get enough vintage in your life, then you’ll love our new outdoor vendor village with free admission! Spend an afternoon having fun in the Summer sun, rolling with your friends like it’s 1981!
Family Full Moon Hike in the Dunes @ Crane Beach at the Crane Estate • 8:00-10:00pm • All ages (but keep in mind this is a later event followed by a drive home) • $45 for entire family
With the full moon rising over the Atlantic, the hike will start with a sunset stroll along Crane Beach admiring this spectacle before heading into the dunes to explore it’s trails under the light of the full moon. CraneExplorer events are designed to appeal to the little ones* while giving their parents a great opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Crane Estate. These hikes cover less ground to accommodate smaller strides and have more frequent stops to look, listen, and learn from our CraneOutdoors guides.

Learn how to throw, sculpt, and make pottery. Includes 2 pieces of pottery to paint, breakfast and lunch, and slime and other crafts.
Minni Family Workshop - Sandy Sculptures @ Minni Beacon Hill • 10:30-11:30am • 2-5 • $40
This workshop will bring the beach to the studio as students explore all the textures of the ocean. A Minni instructor will guide students through the process of sticking and smooshing together sandy, textured towers. Playful activities on the side will include shell fossil making and a sensory station.
